Raspberries with ricotta and honey recipe

The creamy texture of a good British ricotta works perfectly with a drizzle of countryside honey

This is an easy dessert that can be made with any seasonal soft fruits such as tayberries, loganberries, blackberries or a mixture. There are some great and British ricottas around – I used the one from Westcombe. Its creamy texture works perfectly in this dish drizzled with some countryside honey. If you can’t find a honeycomb, don’t worry, just stick with honey.
